This Spring FIREROCK launched a two-year residency with NCSSM, a public, residential high school in Durham, North Carolina. Headmaster, Steve Warshaw, attended FIREROCK's work-in-progress performance at The University of North Carolina and contacted FIREROCK about bringing the project to NCSSM. FIREROCK's musical team spent several days in residency at the school, workshopping the songs and characters with students. The NCSSM faculty team will be collaborating with FIREROCK's artistic team to develop high school dissemination materials, for a high school rollout following the premiere.
